Designed in 1978 by Evelyne Bertrand, former head of the H**me5 equestrian department, the Evelyne bag was initially intended as a carryall for horse groomers to carry their many tools. In addition to the signature “H” perforations, the H**me5 Evelyne III features a wide and roomy external pocket and a broad, removable canvas strap that can be worn over the shoulder or crossbody style. True to its original purpose, the H**me5 Evelyne PM bag is crafted from taurillon Clemence leather, which named in tribute to the daughter of the designer who introduced it into the collections.
